shutoff和close的区别

都有“关闭”的意思，常通用，但close常指关门、窗，闭上眼睛，反义词为open；shut意思为：关闭、关牢，更加强调“与外界隔绝”的意思.语气比close重.另外，close 还可作为“结束”的意思，此时不能用shut代替；而shut作为“禁闭”的意思也是close不能代替的；closed还可以作为“停止营业”的意思；
